It should be noted that Intergrade and its new features are available only for the PS5 console. Gamers who are wondering if Intergrade will come to PS4 are likely to be disappointed. This means that functions such as Photo Mode are not likely to appear on the PS4 release of Final Fantasy 7 Remake. However, those who do own a PS5 and have purchased Final Fantasy 7 Remake for the PS5 can upgrade to the Intergrade version for free.

How to Use Photo Mode in Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade
Photo Mode can be used anytime during normal gameplay of Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade. Upon opening the Main Menu, players will see a prompt under the party display which indicates that Photo Mode can be opened with the Square button. If the Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade file size is anything to go by, there are sure to be some stunning scenes and vistas worth capturing in Photo Mode.
Within the Photo Mode, it's possible to change the camera position, angle, tilt, and add filters. When players want to capture some gorgeous scenery without interference, they can press Square to hide party members. This will make character models invisible so that the environment will become the sole focus of the composition. Of course, there's also the option to hide the menu UI to create a clean screenshot. This is done by pressing the Triangle button. This will be great for creating portraits of new characters like Sonon Kusakabe or previous fan favorites.
Players who use Photo Mode to create nice screenshots have a few ways to share their images. The PS5 has built-in sharing options that allow for posting screenshots with a user's friend network or on social media. It's also possible to make clever use of the PlayStation mobile app to quickly get images onto a smartphone. Gamers can use the PS5 sharing menu to send screenshots to another user, possibly a secondary dummy account, and then access those messages from the mobile app.
Intergrade adds other aesthetically pleasing improvements that dedicated fans of Final Fantasy 7 Remake are bound to notice and appreciate. A noteworthy example is the infamous door bug that stood out in the original release. This door was a notorious eyesore, with pixelated textures that ruined the immersion for many gamers. Back in May 2020, we informed you about an AI-enhanced HD Mod for FF7, Final Fantasy 7 Remako HD Graphics Mod. However, it appears there is another similar project for it that is easier to install and brings additional improvements.
Created by Satsuki Yatoshi, the SYW mod represents the most accurate modern take on the PC version of Final Fantasy VII. This mod uses deep learning techniques (such as ESRGAN) in order to overhaul the game’s graphics. The package includes cleaner, more detailed and higher resolution background arts. It also comes with better battlefields, world map, magic effects, and menus.
The main goal of the SYW mod is to improve the graphics as much as possible without having an oversharp and overclean effect. The mod also attempts to keep the rendering as natural as possible and constant in quality across the whole game.
Going into even more details, the SYW mod overhauls 689 backgrounds and 13996 animation files. Satsuki Yatoshi has also manually optimized over 7000 layers. Furthermore, the mod enhances all the mini-games and the game’s cinematics.
