Since some recent update there seems to exist a new bug, which has been bothering me alot lately. The problem is the following:
Sometimes during gameplay, the game decides to switch from Fullscreen to Windowed Borderless, resulting in a 1 second freeze. With this I do not mean the change to Windowed Borderless after tabbing out, but it happening seemingly on random occasions while playing. This can destroy some important runs, for example it happened to me in a matchmaking game.

Borderless Windowed Mode Fallout New Vegas
Borderless window can't be set right now from within the game but here is instruction how to do this other way: For GOG GALAXY users: - Select the game, click the customization icon (next to PLAY) →Mange Installation →Configure: Enable Launch parameters: Click on Duplicate: Now in second group do not change 'File 2'. Instead add arguments. Where is BORDERLESS WINDOW MODE? Most modern games allow you to use borderless window so you can take up the entire screen and still have access to your mouse (on menu screens). Why is this option not available in JC3? Showing 1 - 5 of 5 comments. Arockalyps: Windowed Borderless Gaming 2.1.0.1 google that and run it and bingo there ya go Tried the borderless gaming. It is massively glitchy with NWN. If I set the resolution to 1920x1080 it is either forced fullscreen non-windowed or if I hit alt-enter it goes into roughly 640x480.
